Designed in CAD, tested using Finite Element Analysis, and verified on the trail; this bumper is ready to go!  Our design gives you maximum tire clearance in the front and an extremely aggressive approach angle to help you get your tires on the most treacherous of obstacles.

The Tandem Off-Road front bumper achieves it's incredible strength using three core components:

The first is the Main Plate.  This is the backbone of the bumper which ties everything together.  It is made of one solid piece of steel that measures 0.250" in thickness.  

The second is the Horizontal U-Brace.  This brace is made from one continuous piece and it ties the bumper from the left side to the right side.  

And finally, we have the Heavy Duty Tandem Off-Road Skeleton.  The skeleton will be used to mount the bumper to the frame and it must withstand all the loads the bumper is subjected to.  The main yellow plates are EXTRA HEAVY DUTY  0.375" thick steel.  These plates support all the load that the winch can provide as well as the shackle mounts. 

Clever use of CAD and Finite Element Analysis means that despite the Heavy Duty Thicknesses we've used, the bumper is still relatively light at 122lbs!

Mounts for all of the OEM sensors to maintain 100% of stock functionality.

Provisions for all of the lights!  Wiring harness available to hookup the 4 Light Pods to your stock fog light switch.

Winch Options:

A large winch opening means winches can be installed while the bumper is on the truck.  Access to the winch clutch is also maintained.  We have various cover options to help protect the winch once installed.

Powdercoating:

All steel parts are coated in a durable textured black powdercoat finish. 

Installation:

Installation is straightforward and simple with no cutting required.
